“When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive – to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.” — attributed to Marcus Aurelius

Not found. “Precious privilege” and “privilege it is to be alive” return nothing in the twelve books of Long’s 1862 translation; the sentence lives only in the lists of quotations that circulate online, where it is sometimes stitched to another one about power over the mind.
The Meditations do have a morning chapter, and it says something else. Book V, chapter 1 opens: “In the morning when thou risest unwillingly, let this thought be present—I am rising to the work of a human being.” The tone is a reproach to a man who would rather stay under the blankets, and the reason to get up is work, not enjoyment. Nothing there about a privilege, or about breathing, enjoying and loving.
The sentence as it circulates has no locator in the text, so it carries no reference. The morning chapter is in the app with its reference: Meditations, V, 1.
